Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise so we can review and resolve the issue.

To report an issue, email info@periodicaffirmations.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue or discrepancy

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or error

Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Returns

Because many Periodic Affirmations© products are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

  • There is a verified defect in the product

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by our fulfillment process.
